    Default Vectra C

Tried to programme key with Tech2Win
Inserted un-programmed key, switched the ignition on when prompted, then it says please wait, after few seconds it says switch the ignition on but the ignition is already on.
1 fault code B3601: Key Capture Relay. Any idea what or where it is?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
