Diagzone + Mucar BT200

Hi,
I have a problem with starting. I changed bin into mucar successfully. Diagzone installed on Lenovo m8 tablet (on sd card). After updates, each time with each car, the message "getboxinfo failure" or "diagnostic service failure, please start again".
in Diagzone "Firmware repair is successful"

There are two accounts in the Diagzone panel for this number, but it probably doesn't matter?
Please help as I have run out of ideas...
It's possible that mucar doesn't quite work with diagzone after all...?
The software version I am testing with - Diagzone V2.00.012

Before downloading the update, I only download eobd and check - it works, only then I install the rest of the update.
Sometimes it also showed an error "DiagnoseMain Err ID: -5"
