CITRO?NN PICASSO 2009 / BSI FLASH PROBLEM

I have the same problem has carparts, but AVDI wont flash the damned BSI of course car is doing nothing on ignition on beside a relay that is beside battery electronics PSF1

Backup was made but just wont do the flashing,

Before i start the job remove wipers and low beam fuse to minimize the load but i have a 100A deutronic PSU

at 80% writing consumption went up to 80A and , performed a battery test and result from 650A 120A available so battery went in short or something, this is my luck

if i remove the backup flash from the folder, feedback massage is: "erased flash found backup not found" something like

if flash is in the folder: " condition not correct sequence error"

i try on car and on bench same feedback

please some feedback on UHDS PSA can it re flash or what tool can do it by JTAG
