Mercedes sprinter 2001 diesel start error problem

I have problem with start error in display.

Temic 0265451832
ecu 0281010618

What do I do, I just needed to read out 0j66d in Temic immo box?
Or can I change the ECU and change the file there instead of Temic?
Works xprog great for reading 0j66d or do you have tips on other good programmer?
