i will be getting my DM 518S tomorrow. I am new to all of this. Once u get the box programmed, how do get an active cline service??

Go to top of page & click on FORUM, then scroll down slowly &
on your left you will see MAIN FORUM. Next to this you will see
several options; CABLE SAT etc.
Click on CABLE & that will show all cable box categories

Hi can anyone help me?I juz got a DM500 scv box. Some of the channels canot be view. It will prompt out "pls insert the smartcard". I thought it doesn't need any card. Why is this happening to my box?pls guide me to the solution if you know. Tks!

Is your box for cable or sat, What country are you in

The same thing is happening to mine too from singapore
