Hi Friend,

It is no problem, bec the tagkey tool has read only 4bytes these chips.

I also get this showmessage: Transponder can't read !!!

FVDI cannot read some chipid all infos but only 4bytes. It is no problem.

Pls use the tango programmer and/or VVDI prog programmer.

The VVDI prog programmer is VERY GOOD programmer, I recommended you.

I correct @olpehu. VVDI-por is a programmer, you mean VVDI2.

Hello everyone!!! I have this version of FVDI pcb, reading the whole thread I managed to understand that is the clone of the clode, as you can see it does not have the DS2460. The problem with it is that it does not work on edc15, so I guess is a k-line issue, My question is, do I have any chance of ever making it work better or the solutions apply only to the fly company hardware. Or is there any possibility to find another(better) interface and have it wirking with the software (all 18 active) that I allready have. change this two chips: L9637D and ADG1406BRUZ

If K-Line still not work, try to replace K6 Omron 61g1 MOS relay with an original working one.
It has been discussed on this forum...

Your interface a clone of clone, not a FLY company product !!!

The two IC that are the missing : DS2460 SO8 and 74HC32 SO14, but these ics are does not need !!!! All FVDI works perfectly without these IC's.

Try to read all ecus with this sw version: Fiat v5.1. I tried several times all Fiat ecus and works perfetly with ECU flasher and ECU cloner... etc.

hello thx to reply me,in effect version v5.1 work , marelli j6F read 2Ep ,write 2 ep, but not write nothing,because i read again 2ep and same old buffer, iaw 4Af read and write perfect same for marelli 59f clone ecu work perfect, marelli ME7.3H4 boot mode work perfect,only version v5.4 same ecu not work, but version v5.1 ok,marelli body computer punto with code read perfect mcu,panda body computer same perfect V5.1 and ypsilon body,tacho, ecu ME7.3H4 ok
maybe is the version v5.4 have a problem
i found internet version v5.7 but can work with my interface? there is a risk to block my fvdi with this version?

Hi madmen,

I tried some fiat ecus the v5.1 version and works perfectly.

The newest version ( v5.4 ) has some bugs and maybe this is your problem.

Pls do not try the v5.7 version bec it is an online version, and if you does not have a softdog version then the v5.7 will be damaged your FVDI.

You have a big problem, You made a mistake !!! Warranty lost your FVDI, bec you removed the battery from softdog.
WTF.... OMG......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
