AVDI or FVDI pcb components

my tool is expired. When days was missing to expire the battery has died.
I be that the dongle must always have battery. but it is not important for my given that the warranty was dead.

The battery never died !!!! when your FVDI expired !!!!

Hi mate,

If you need to replace all battery in the future, then you must need to solder two wrire cables and you must need one more battery!!!!

Pls solder two wires cable an other battery +&- and pls solder this cables on the pcb battery +&-, when success, then you will replace the died battery to the new.

After desolder the two wires cables from the pcb.

Old Ford need the J1850 adapter .... before 2005.

I mean does the clone board need something replaced or added to make it work with the j1850 adapter

Hi guys, Im planing to buy FVDI in next days, but can someone advice me, many people tell that all fvdi's are almost same, but many also telling that FLY FVDI is best fvdi, is there any difference? except in price, because on aliexpress fvdi old full comes from 474usd with shipping, and fly fvdi directly from fly agent is 680usd with shipping, please any suggestion will be good
