guys please can someone tell me what is the resistance of the smd resistor C23 on the left side of adg1406bruz cause maybe i kill my one .
I desoldered it and the multimeter can't catch it on 200 m.ohm

C23 = 100nF = 0.1?F

Yes u are right!!!
C1,3,4,6,9,10,12,13,14,16,23,24,26,29,30,33,43,46, 47,49,50 are them 100nF.

This interface will not work without mosfet swiches so I dont know how you manage to connect with car...i try on couple Iaw's , Fiat cars with can-ex and try on VW with K line and nothing happend.... then opened interface and see this....they just forgot to put it there...and interface will not work without them ...everything else is ok...usb connection etc...

Thanks guy yes my bad cappasitor not resistor i will change it .
After some soldering of the adg and L9637D have a GOOD news - it start to wokr via k-line on audi i try 2 cars and work stable on :
-audi a4 b5 1.9 tdi v18 work good v21 crash some times not stablle
-vw passat b5.5 1.9 tdi 131 v18 and v21 work fine .
Now the next test will be on french cars and UDS are will start to work fine with them .
I will update info later after some more test .

Renault Megane2 Dump tool maybe can kill the interface.
The LPC die !!!


Now I repair and tested it one of these and the result, the LPC died.
X1 Xtalk two pins become shorted. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

LOL that sound sh*ty pff, are it can be repaired .
-Now tested Golf 4 1.9 tdi PD 101h.p 2001 k-line work fine(connect to all availble moduls) but when i start live data the software crash every time doesn't metter v8 , v18 and v21 not stablle ,on abs ,and other moduls ok but on engine live data crash . on Audi a4 b5 and passat b5.5 ok not crash on live data.
-Other thing witch i test is k-line instrument cluster to read mealege and pin code but after 10 min nothing, the instrument cluster is VDO but not read it , don't know are need to wait more time or the software and firmware need to be updated .

Thank for help but as a long-time Chinese companies need a solution.
Not to mention the post office either ( shipping and handling time ).

But I need a good programmer that his can be read/Write this DS2460.

About: I changed my avdi interface <=> damaged interface to DS2460.
Result: DS2460 NOT a stored any serial !!! It is cryptowork ic, maybe ?!
When I read it success that I will have any result.

Hi all,

I'll upload a few pictures from damaged V3 interface.
The result: LPC damaged.
I ask everyone who has this type of ground was purchased inteface to be very careful to stay cool !!!

When I upped all the VDD pins removes the short to ground.
If you are very deep in the sand when it warms up then it ruptures and goes short to ground.
It may even be bent!!!

Hi guys, i can see u r the fvdi masters, so maybe one of u could get me a hand, my fvdi is working ok, but when i need to use antenna (like on making dealer vag keys or on tag programmer) i always got the same message "Programmer not conneted" i ve bought another antenna programmer but still the same.
Any idea?>>>

Hi Leo,

Your antenna pcb is old or new version?

Here is the pic the new version.

Maybe you will need resolder the pic component and pls check all (Q) parst FET.
If all of them OK, pls check your AVDI/FVDI interface all solder pad.

Hi,

I have an other idea.

Do you have any other interface ( ORV, tagkey or VVDI or svdi )?

If so, pls connect the other interface with the old sw and test it.
I tested my other old ORV and the result. Old sw updated this new pcb and when i updated with new sw then result, again updated and works perfectly.
Try this solution...
