Car start but after ignition off ecu change status from programmed to virgin and immo lamp stay so I bought another one. The same situation. After pograming car start once but after ignition off immo light.

Only eprom programing not working. I have to virgin ecu than program it by immotools. Car start one time only, after ignition off status ecu change to virgin. Ecus are 500kbps so like original.

RET makes ECU virgin, but you need to use CLIP: connect it to UCH, go to repair mode and send command SC017 "learn antitheft code to ECU". Clip can ask you to connect to Renault.net, i don't remember...
Easier, use RET again, connect it to UCH (BCM) and send command 'LEARN ECM", that's all !
    Greetings,

BCM => ECU learn => turn ignition off/ wait a minute => turn ignition on?
If this doesn't work, try to disconnect battery after "Learn ECU".

If it is the same, try the Renault way , if you have Renault Clip Tool.
