Default Need help with Skoda Citigo dash 9S12XHZ256 (1M80F)

    Hello,

I have a problem with 2x Skoda Citigo dash with 9S12XHZ256 (1M80F) inside.
I tried to recalibrate the KM's but after (first) reading with Xprog, the dash not power on (no led or lcd), but i can still read or write the cpu. Just not power on (on table).
On another Skoda Citigo dash with 9S12XHZ384 (1M80F) inside, the reading and writing not cause any dash dead problem.
I don't have any access on cars (is far away) so i try to fix the problem (long time ago) here in bench.
The only tool that i have and i use for read and write with success (for these cpu) is Xprog v5.5.1 and working well.

I use this onboard connection to gain access for read and write.
    * The not power on problem, starts and without connection above (MOD pin to +5V | grey/white cable to +5v), just try simple (Reset, BKGD, 5V and GND) connection from Xprog, but i have to added because no access to cpu.

    Dash stickers & files

    * I have another one working dash but with 9S12XHZ384 and i don't know how to swap the flash + eeprom from the old one, because the bigger flash size of 384...

Please let me know what you figure out to solve this dash problem because i have a client with 2 dead cars.

    Best regards

Could someone post the correct way, to read these clusters.
I have one cluster, i need to clone.
It does not power up, likely due to a bad programmer connection.
