I have some problems with the xtool programmer... i can not read any chip.
With other programmer can read the same chip without any problem.
Somebody know's what this is ? or how to solve this problem ?

the video is not sharp.
try with the eeprom cable? see if it works. then you know if problem is this reader or xtool it self

Maybe your chip adaptor is not good.
Happen to me before.

I tried also with eeprom cable (a2) still the same not reading... i got the xtool now like 2 weeks and this is the seconde time that i tried to read a chip but no succeed.

There is no problem to read with A2 adapter, i read and write without problem.

I tried everything with adapter a1, adapter a2, to untick pin check,i chek the adapter wire connections etc.. i think the problem is the xtool self. I got the programmer like 2 weeks now, other fucntions work well but only
the eeprom programmer dont work, i tried diffrent type eeproms but also not work.
I think must send back for repair.

Read security error, did not read orginal km , cannot write km.............

Renault Master 2015 OBD - will read ori Km, will read Eeprom and save by OBD then will write the new KM, will say writing OK, but will not change. You have to read eeprom and edit manually....
