Hy,i have 10,47 update ,bat ai have one mistake,change km in dash OK,in BSI OK,after run 1 km back old km.Mi mistake maybe ,i put ON IGNITION.In this moment coback too me the car,i try PUT KEY NO IGNITION.

I send back for repair its now about 9 days there, they dont reply on any phone whatsapp message or email, is this normaal that tooks so long for repair ?

It has to be 14 working days don’t include the weekends

Oke and how about the reply on message or email is that normaal that they dont answer ? On whatsapp also they read but dont answer.
Even yes or no is to much for them very weird people.

I understand that they are busy people, but you can expect a simple yes or no within 9 days.
You can read my question on whatsapp but do not give an answer for 9 days.
I just have to accept that those people are a bit strange.

But when ordering everything went very quickly.

3 weeks is a very long time...

I recived about 7 days before new xtool (retour from repair), I lost my usb dongle next day i contact Kermol he send me the same day new one next day i recived.

I update the new versión 2018. Now try in seat car 2014 recognize and not work. Try talk with support and not response nothing. Very Very bad . Have washaap only read but not response.
