I carefully checked the PCB and connections all seems ok ..
59f hw002 / 1702mfl is ok works ..
I do not understand what is the cause of this error message you see in the picture ...

hw id is properly recognized and the driver in system devices work correttamante ..
I programmed the PIC16F876 with WinPic800 with settings as an example inside the folder .. otochek default settings ...

someone can figure out where it can be the problem .. everything seems ok but does not work ..
if one of you has a kit to realize I'm willing to buy and rebuild all over again ...
