    Default what SOIC8 is this 95M01WT, K430K??

    i am working on a 2014 Toyota Corolla 89170-02G60
    the SOIC8 chip inside has numbers i have never seen..
    here is the chip info 95M01WT, K430K.. could someone tell me what chip it is??
    i try google with no luck.
    i remove chip read as the following with no lcuk 95320, 95640, 95160
    DON'T JUST SAY PRESS IT.....

    I can't help you decode mask but if it does not have SPC560 MCU than the soic eeprom may be 93Cxx series. Look close at MCU to see if it is an SPC560

    DreamPro3 programmer .. 20$ on Ali, I use Sofi-Tech on them couple more bucks ...

    95M01WT is the correct eeprom,

    carprog and orange can read it , orange much faster!!
    A simple thanks would do, If it didn't work at least I tried.

    Use the universal programmers that I listed and read as M95M01...

    I can read it with Xeltec Pro as 95256/95320/95640 all of this make Reading but dont know if correct number of Bytes, in Orange wich is the last line ? Xeltec last lines if read as 95256 or 95320 is 7FF0 and 32Kb.

    Its 1mb eeprom, I checked and I dont have old dump to compare size or content Sorry

    You must select eeprom like 95M01, you can not use other type instead this one. Cheap clone of SEEprog is best solution for you.

    orange last line is 1FFFF

    in upa software go to Serial Flash SPI>M25P10. thats how you read and write
