I also got an email about these the other day and was surprised they seem to be the only seller at the mo ..

I killed my ktag with internet recently so I swap processor. I flash proc with any issues now.
So have files such SD, flash and update files but update process doesn't start

you can do this
try to reflash again your nxp
if you can again reflash nxp,means your nxp is not ok soldered
if you can not reflash again,then change sdcard with another new sdcard...and do again update with 2.08

Thanks mate,
the nxp can be reflashed without any issues.
I resoldered NXP as morgano adviced, the update process start, the serial is ok then but all is gray.
SD card locked and cannot be use just format. Tried another card, same issue.
There is soft on internet "KSuite KESS KTAG REPAIR" I just realised yerstarday it's realy kill the NXP.
This is the 3rd MCU I killed with the SW. After you run the exe your NXP cannot be read or reflashed.
I just ordered another ktag main unit as my pcb after 3rd soldering not look nice.
Do not want waste time anymore.

Kess 5.017 arrived. Tested ok on Orlando 1.8 petrol, MU-X 2.5 VGT, Trax 1.4T, Navara 2.5T.

HI all after broke my kess v2 pcb ( I have soldered several times) i bought a new one on inernet
I have to change filter transistor etc

BUt i have noticed that, the other pcb hasn?t got this soldere it looks weird to me:

WHat do you think, i have tested on a me7.5 and it reads and writes perfect, would you remove that solder?

its not hurting anything so leave it alone

Lads, I made a ~~~~ up by mistake with my kess, just using switcher software tried to change usualy ktag for transdata and I had connected kess to my laptop. Loaded transdata drivers in to kess, is there any way to fix it by loaded right driver back to kess or maybe if someone could tell me which chip on the board contain this usb data as I have one kess for parts so can transfer any chip.
