DSG DQ250 - higher clutch pressure

What about these maps?

Faktor Druck zu Moment am GS 2.Gang
Faktor Druck zu Moment am GS 3.Gang
Faktor Druck zu Moment am GS 4.Gang
Faktor Druck zu Moment am GS 5.Gang

I tried Temic OLS file for mine but.. seems to be another file cant findcorrect adresses.. hmm

you dont need this maps . for old temic you find the maps easy all factors the same but change 16hi lo to 16 lo hi you must search the maps but this is easy ;-)

Haha really.. ill try that.. So what you mean is that i open a map in TEMIC OLS and save it as Lo HI? and then do a search again ?

look in damos hi lo for the maps and search the values in the old temic file in lo hi

Thats Hillarious.. But if ont tune these maps it will be a pressure based tune.. wouldnt that be the wrong wa to do it?

Im looking after if there is a delay time for the Launch control.... LoL im loosing every race due to when i release the brake it take time for the engine to lauch... Very disturbing... OEM launch suck big time..

change the trq output in engine ecu ;-)

the trq limit in dsg not more than 500nm

i think that help

another solution is disable the ori launch set the lc rpm over 8000RPM and make lc in engine unit

Heheh oke.. you mean skip the DSG?s launch and do it in the ECU.. :-)

but you must do it manual

you must skip clutch in code but its easy

Hi can someone help at the new Golf7 GTI with the DSG.
I have a stage I but it is not enough.
At the Engine ist Stage III (with Downpipe ....... )
I need Stage II or Stage III for the DQ250
The car is 09/2016

if u have one stage III you can post it here. here are many people who want it for free

in the new dsg is nothing other than earlier dsg all the same way. use your brain and you found a solution :-)

and without your tuning file and see no logs from the car trq output nobody can do it correct.

the engine ecu give a trq out and the Dsg use this but the dsg check this and calculate the trq by self .

I need to increase the pressure on my clutches as well but I can't find the address.
Could you show us where is exactly located the bit please?

Hi,

How many mAmps did you increased to the max strom kummpungsmoment? How much did you set the pressure on Maximaler Hauptdruck. And about torque limiters? Did you remove it?
Because I have my car with more than 600Nm of torque and clutches are slipping at 12 bars. I think the DSG open voluntary the clutches to reduce the torque.

What do you think?

DSG ORI + REMAP.rar

You mod is set to 500Nm, rpm reduced by 200 rpm, and lc raised to 2400rpm, what more you want to tune on it ??
