Hi,

How many mAmps did you increased to the max strom kummpungsmoment? How much did you set the pressure on Maximaler Hauptdruck. And about torque limiters? Did you remove it?
Because I have my car with more than 600Nm of torque and clutches are slipping at 12 bars. I think the DSG open voluntary the clutches to reduce the torque.

What do you think?

Hi to all ..it is my first post here ,although i read this forun a lot .
I have almost the same problem with a dq250 tcu file (Exx series ) .I have raised the above maps but the maximum clutch pressure i get is 13.03 bar, i have raised tq limiters,i have make shift time way faster and some other functios but i wan to raise clutch pressure . The car is making near 520-540nm according to vcds ...So any more info about the above maps or if there is anything else i have to do in order to see above 14bar or even better 16bar is kindly welcomed . I attach photos from the maps listed above and how i have scaled them.

I m open to all suggestions

It's only proper tuning, nothing more.

My understanding is that the N215 & N216 clutch valve needs to be modified, but where they are? The main valve map is not enough I think.

Don't forget this map "Daten Moment zu Hauptdruck KL" It converts the torque to pressure, so check "Stuetzstelle Moment zu Hauptdruck KL".

I use X17 magic by OBD, but i never tried with kess. What is the problem in kess? Writing partial?
