i see is cutting to deep, all cutter, probe, clamp are 100% stable.
yes both sides same.i will try to do an calibration but need an hon66 blade and dont have one, can i use other blade?
want to make sure all is ok from the start, want to start again from zero just to learn how to use it properly.

You can calibrate without a keyblade!

To make sure, set machine to slowest moving speed.
    And cutter revs to max.

Make sure the correct cutter is used, and choosen in the settings.

Also check if the cutter has all it's teeth on. And remember to clean all metal shavings and dust so the machine can have good readings.

If there whas no D.K., we would not have any support at all!

More then a month ago my Condor master failed me.
The only bit off support, whas update software, which i allready used.
Then i asked them, if i could buy a new touchscreen. And i have heard nothing since.

So i have to say, Xhorse needs to do something.
If Samic or Condorsupport is not capable ennough to advice on repairs, then attleast they should us sell parts.

Providing us with parts catalogs, would be a good start!
Samic is not in office for some days, I can't contact him neither, and was given another tech support skype: xxxxxxxxxxx Hope it helps.

Hi all, today dk was down in my side so i could not post anything, but anyway i did an w203 merc key spare, cut key with the same biting as original but still looks to deep cuted and not open the car. I will post pictures tmrw. I think is something from the calibrations...do no but really dont understand why. When decode the original and my copy both have same biting. Hi, had a similar problem and took a while to figure it out. Look on the other side of the key and you'll see that the little shoulder doesn't go as far up the blade as the original so it stops the key going deep enough in to the lock. I filed that back and all was good.

The last few Merc keys I have cut havent worked, have tried multiple times & read & re-read & calibrated too.

attached is a pic of the key.....left is original, middle is a key I had cut by another machine & the right is the one from condor, I'm thinking its a blade problem?...does anyone know if there is an issue with the chinese blades?
