has the condor series machine fixed the breaking sensor issues?
looking for a second machine so would like to hear from users please

does it cut and decode the bread and butter keys
    hu66,hu100,hu101,hu83,hu92 hu64, ne72 hu46 for starters?

    also spares
    as many of us know
even silca etc can have a main board go wrong
so is there spares for this machine and how easy will we get them
and will we have to wait months if machine goes wrong?

    Tracer still breaks

    hu83 can't decode

I haven't got a hu64 to decode and cut yet, i've only tried twice.

Hu66 ok but i have to do two passes on each side to get the key to work, same with hu100.

No solution for renault emergency blade yet

hu101 works fine, hu92 works fine.

I would hold off buying one until the new update comes out and see if they have sorted these basic issues

I think its a very old software when I got my miracle it had a 2011/12 software and was exactly like this a pain to decode anything, a pain to cut anything.

its these problems that make you think
it might be worth saving couple thousand more
and get a decent machine and one that works

if it struggles with normal run of the mill key as mentioned
    it no use to anyone
chinese have had this out for a while
and it cant sort out keys most used

no chance for rest to get fixed

better to have a machine that only cuts 3 types of keys perfect
than have hundreds listed and cant cut any

    these machines are not toys
there investments to make the money back and make profit
    if they dont work
    use as paper weight

The probe works through conductive both XC-007/XC-Mini,if you find the machine keeps breaking probe maybe conductivity is not good.【about this problem PM me please】
Condor XC-Mini can work all those keys well, the Condor XC-007 next version 2.3.1 will fix the bug:such as【HU83-EXT】,VA2EH2【renasult emergency keys】
if you have other problem tell me please.

They ARE telling you Samic!!!! REPEATEDLY!!!! you are not supporting your original customer base, you constantly say " next update will do xxxxxxx " EVERY Condor customer is potentially a Mini Customer and you are loosing the goodwill and support of those that invested in your product allowing you to develop the new machine. I have been " waiting " to hear genuine feedback from the Condor and due to the bugs have held off and bought a cheap ass X6 with the view to jumping from this to a ?5-6k Miracle, no inbetween. Sad times. Support is what makes a good machine, not size, fancy touch screen and empty promises.........

These software issues have been there since the release of the Condor 2 years ago so i'm not holding my breath on ''software update coming in a few weeks''.

As Estate has said you're biggest customer base for the Mini is going to be customers that have already bought the XC-007 or people that have been monitoring the process of the XC-007. None of this group of people will be buying the Mini based on the current situation with the original Condor.

i'm no programmer but how hard can a set of parameters be to add to an XYZ milling machine database? why not make the database open source and allow users to contribute to it and submit new keys and tweaks to save you time?

Id say pretty typical attitude of the chinese sellers in general. Lots of promises, their machines are the best, will do everything you ask, but in reality, nothing is every followed up on.

Im actually pretty happy with my condor, it does most of what I ask it. But I cant get it to cut a Tibbe key. And as has been said here & in other posts, there are promises it will be fixed, but nothing seems to be done. Fact is, the sellers advertised it would do these and it doesnt.

Just seems they are more concerned with sales than support. & while I understand that, they need to understand that great suport will produce more sales, by existing customers buying second or backup machines, but more importantly, exsisitng customers being happy makes new buyers more confident in buying them too.

So Samic, I am sure you guys are trying your best, but I am sure most of us condor owners & prospective buyers would be more interested in getting your machines and features right & advancing in any flaws or issues, rather than new products & developments, which lets face it, dont do a whole lot more than your existing machine.

I have an A9 and it has been great, I also have an X6 that is a paperweight because the screen bit the dust... Have ordered one off of Ali express waiting for it to show up... I have an apprentice who is eyeing the Condor, but I have told him to wait a little bit,Now I am glad I did... What are opinions on the A5 or A7?
    Thanks in advance,
    Tim
