next week, this week, last week, the week before, last month...... I appreciate you replying, but actions are stronger than words. Please update your machine and continue to support it. The support is what makes a good machine, not sales........ If people have faith in your products they will buy your products and they will tell others, recommendation is the best advert.

I agree estate. And while I can see and understand your obvious frustration. I thinking rather wait a few weeks and get an update late than it come out prematurely and not be done properly. Let's give the guys a chance and hope it comes out in a reasonable time and is done well.
prematurely? the bugs should of been fixed within weeks of initial release........ we're not talking about new keys, we're talking about basic items that should of been addressed..........

if you look at the update history you will see that they did quite a few updates up until this year so obviously busy with the new machine, so we will see if they carry on with regular updates now the new machine is built.
But they are taking far too long with these updates now - at least release the new update as beta - also it would take minutes to add the height adjustment on the X3 clamp and people had to pay extra for this - really dont get why they can't spare a few minutes to do this.. would do wonders for sales with weekly or at least monthly updates.
xhorse make decent things - maybe they need to stop trying to compete with the clone prices so much and sell for a little more and hire some extra engineers

make the database open source and allow people who know how to, add and develop the db for them...........
it wont be as simple as a database of the key heights/spacings they will have to get the angles to cut right for the lock and then get the machine to cut it correct and due to the machine tolerance this might not be as easy as it seems - so they would have to make the source code open-source which they obviously wont do.

I guess prematurely is the wrong word. But Id rather see them wait and get it right rather then pump out a poor update to keep us happy. But still, I agree its taken far too long to address some issues that probably shouldn't of been there in the first place. Even more, I cant see it taking too long for someone to sit down & fix them once they knew they were there & exactly as paul said, we pair extra for the X3 clamp and this needs to be fixed.
Dont get me wrong estate, I completely agree with what you are saying, maybe my choice of words wasnt the best. But these issues probably arent that hard for the manufacturers to fix and what they NEED to understand,is that issues like this affect their sales!

On the A9, you get to make your own cards and adjust the depths of existing keys.
Perhaps they need to add this feature to the Condor.
It is " next week " now Samic..... Where's the update?
seems you have your reply.. update program now has 2.3.1 beta 1 listed although no update log yet.
*edit it now seems to have been removed
