No no , there is no problem with condor, i use miracle a5 and it doesnt cut the shoulder of the key well ao the key wont go in the lock all the way so i wanted to make sure before i buy condor that i will not have the same problem

Many have tried to reach Samic, true This forum, P.Ms, Skype etc.
There does not seem to be any reasanable support.

If there whas no D.K., we would not have any support at all!

More then a month ago my Condor master failed me.
The only bit off support, whas update software, which i allready used.
Then i asked them, if i could buy a new touchscreen. And i have heard nothing since.

So i have to say, Xhorse needs to do something.
If Samic or Condorsupport is not capable ennough to advice on repairs, then attleast they should us sell parts.

Providing us with parts catalogs, would be a good start!

Not yet,
The customkeytool allows you to creatie key files.
Theys can be loaded, in the big condor, not the mini.
However, these self created dimplefiles are not working.
I am not sure why they are not working het.

Creating household Keys does not working either!

I have make dimple key. Can't decode but cutting by code. I have mini and need do your card. I have make card for Cisa asix and cisa Astral for example. Have some problem but it works. I think they need do more clamps.

So you have a Condor master, and made your own keyfiles?
Could you share these files?
