hi, i think when we speak about HU64 and not about HU66

i can help you only with HU64.....

hi it look like the key need to slide in about 2mm more until it jam the shoulder, or maybe the machine need to calibrate

thanks both of you.
i ordered yesterday hon66 blades for calibrating the cuter,maybe calibrating is my problem.anyway in few days i get the blades and i will start all calibrating procedures from the beginning as per manual and then try and report.

hi all,
problem solved,today i got my hon66 blades i run an proper calibration incl the cutting calibrating, and after that i cut 2 hu66 keys with no problem.

My condor started cutting strange, VW and Mazda keys seem to be off and Honda Laser Cut Style...is there some type of calibration that needs to be done?

Hi all. Have an prob. I am trying to decode and cut an spare key for range hu101 key. So i chose hu101 ford and try to devode but snapped 3 probes on me so far. Is any try hu101 happen the same or my machine is problem? Or ford keys are still problem? Thanks

What is it snapping on???

Sounds like you need to calibrate the machine and check continuity to probe
Also make sure the key is clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
