need help in cambridge uk

Good morning all
I have a vu duo2 and have tried to set it up since last August to no avail have been on all various forums and still cannot set the box up thanking all the people who have tried to help me ,was wondering if anyone in the Cambridge UK area has one set up and who could show me how to set the box up by step by step instructions ,I could travel to the persons house and learn once I am shown I never forget .

how far have u actually got in setting up have u an image /scanned ? is there any viewable picture on it as yet ?

at the moment my box is with a friend who set up my satellite motorised dish and who was going to set it up for me but he doesnt know how to set it up

when i tried to set the box up the bit i could not work out was the ftp bit about putting in the sea lion and getting the dish to move

i have currently been using a spiderbox 9000hd

do you have free phone calls and have team viewer on your computer
that way you can get help and info etc: then you will get up and running
if you need more info pm me
i dont want details of email addies or phone numbers
links to team viewer etc on a open forum it could get lots of unnecessary attention.
