    OK !
And what about "Security Byte Address: 0x3FF0F" ? After erase P-Flash will set the security byte (if present) as 0xFE (Unsecured state) , and after write ... does need set security byte by address: 0x3FF0F back ? And which state (what was before or...?) If need, of course....
    Or.. not need ?

I would not change the states and erase the chip unless i am absolutely sure that i have all necessary to restore the unit.
May be you should get one MCU extra. Then you can read your current MCU and try to flash the second one. You are safe since you have original MCU untouched.

I do not have another one extra....
    I need....
    - Read P-Flash
    - Recalibrate (delete Vmax limiter, calculate new CS) - will be make another guy
    - Write P-Flash back
    - And go !! :-)))

    Is this not safe ?

    P.S
You wrote - "I would not change the states and erase the chip".. After push "ERASE" (like picture attached) - will be erase ALL chip or P-Flash (what need for me) ?
Picture 1 and 2 - Are the results same or not? And what will be erase ?

    Regards

When you push "write button", the prog erases and then writes by itself

If you do MCU work you must work clean (always remove any solder flux and check under microscope if solder work was done good . (Good quality flux and a good quality cleaner off pcb is a must .. Also not to overheat surrounding component and the component you working on )

Get in there heat up quickly remove ,c ooldown read, write refit quick cooldown clean and test ..

There is many videos out there ...
