    maybe change the version - v4.5.3 (2017-01-17) --->>> v4.5.4 (2017-01-17)

    not the best having a bug in the first line of the update information

    There are 2 versions for Land Rover RFA module.
    1 is unsecured and 1 is for secured.
    Both the PCB's look identical as do the mask sets.

    How can you tell which version to use?

    try read like unsecure, if you can`t read then you have secured mcu.

    Not sure this is 100% correct.
    Both versions need to be unlocked before they can be read.
    If you bring up both of the different versions you can read the description, it's not very clear.

    One version will erase the flash and the other version will unlock the MCU.

    I confirm what he wrote "micromax".

    Read as unsecure, does not read- read as secured.

    Do not stress, do not erase.

    only old hc11 motorola can erase when you try read secured as unsecured.
    all hc12 and hcs12 have locked bdm port when is secured, when you try read as unsecured and moto is secured, you cant boot bdm. flash and eeprom is safe.
