somebody know what the hell i should do to make this thing working again?

    Thank You!
    short story:
contact your reseller, send back, they will send it to the factory to shenzen. Contact Samic with the story & reseller name too. The chinese sellers are lazy in this case
It seems they repaced or reprogrammed this ST32 microcontroller

AS far as i know xhorse can not accept any package from end of customers .
use complain form to contact tech support first and wait for instructions
    http://xhorse.uk/issue/

now office and most of china sellers are on holliday till 10.10

sorry i'm not a nativ speaker maybe i spelled something wrong. I'll try again

You have to contact your reseller. They will send back your prommer to the factory. If your reseller is chinese the best way if you contact Samic too with the details. In our case first time the reseller sent back the prommer with the following message "everthing fine" of course it's still in non-working condition bcose they are not sent the prommer to the factory. Samic never saw the prommer.

The second time Samic was contacted the reseller too and it's fixed.

first your seller need give you return address and accept package
    then they forward to manufacture

Hello, is it worth buying xhorse eeprom clip adapter for reading FEM? What do you use for reading and how did you read (with adapter or desolder eeprom from bord)?

    Thank's

with vvdiprog you use UART for programming - in this case is not possible to read via UART - allow only write

for reading you must use programmer what support JTAG

False, if you clean legs always safe. I read one time (with clip), verify, remove clip, put clip again, read it and verify, and never had problems. I clean legs with a little sand paper and never failed to me.

if you have experience with soldering then desolder is faster than good cleaning
and out board is always safe

If i have to choose between bad backup or 2 more minute job i will choose the eeprom removing.

The resin isn't an issue. Use a dentist 90 degree probe. Solder on one side legs together, and lift the soldered legs at the same time, just simply pull under the dentist probe. It will lift the four legs a little bit 1-2mm Repeat the other side. Remove the solder from the legs. Check the legs if all is floating break off the eeprom.
