Reading wasn't problem. After reading, EZS dead, I think flash corrupted. What mask you read it under?

Common problem with these type EIS to get the flash corrupted when read eeprom. Search on the net for the flash files. You will find a collection of different ones. The 209 and 211 numbers work in each other places from my own experience!

Problem was the faulty Cable / Harness of 9S12 MCU reading which connects on VVDI. Some cables where internally loose / broken.

    New test:

    1. MPC5607B 0N69H - readed correctly with external power
    2. MC9S12XEQ512 3M25J - Unsecured - read with external power - but give partition error so must manually set dflash/eee size

This is really problem for you to connect external power? Simply, it is much more save to read with ext power. In every programmer.

I have tried everything to read ST95320. Clip on board...did not work. Also tried reading it as Atmel 25320...nothing. Removed from board and put into sop8 adapter. Does not work. Do I have to select another chip? Using 4.6.7

Read chip fine with another tool. But other tool freezes when I try to write data.

VVDIProg is damaged. Think on pin1 zif socet as was with one of my buyer. VVDIProg was sent to exchange on factory.
