    all i can say the future ahead with sales are not there as that maybe a factor in the service or lack of getting a prompt fix,when they first came out i had no problem with saying a good box,but history over the last year from others posting with glitching,missing channels etc seems to indicate a down turn with boxes.
    and if you had a starview from the start 1-7 now,boxes need to be quicker and work with different info-you need an upgrade.
    to better your service use good quality cables,splitters and lan cables,if the kv home has issues you all will,but areas have higher and lower signals which could lead to problems.

    I think it will sort itself out but like everything it wont last forever so it's always good to keep track of the alternative options.

    I've had my A850 for almost three years, it was one of the first batch which required a mod to resolved the glitching on the lower frequency channels so I've seen all of this before. There have been plenty of times when the service has been poor, even times when we have all though it was game over, but up to now it has always come back so I wouldn't despair too much yet. Even today I have noticed a vast improvement in the HD channels, I was able to watch Fury on Premiere HD with no glitching whatsoever whereas last week it was up and down like a tarts knickers!
