2015 Mercedes C350 ( W212 ) PRE-SAFE CRASH DISABLED

Does anyone know how to enable it back?
EIS is disbled, so no crank or starter. Everything else act like normal. M.E gets power and show on cluster.

Everything else has been checked, pyrofuse, pre-fuse box, etc.

Should I have to have all the deployed airbags repaired before it let me reset the car? Airbags are still deployed awaiting for a solution to quote customer for a total repair bill..

Highly doubt it will disable the car from starting..Do a full system scan.

Only M.E shows a Circuit 15 code.
AB shows only all the deployed airbags, but nothing about COLLISION PREVENTION

Only in cluster shows the COLLISION PREVENTION DISABLED..

Any tip???

you need reset, AIRBAG MODULE, immo is detecting that code in AIRBAG MODULE,

hi all, had this a few times...solution is this
do a scan with xentry, go into engine ecu...then hit adaptions and teach in process.. now to the bottom where it says "start disabled due to crash event"...something like that anyway
there is a green arrow just below, hit that and run the process. this will lift the lock ...you may get error saying it hasn't completed, ignore it as it has done it....worked everytime for me

Simon..... Today I have a W166 GL450 2014

I found the "start enable", but no arrows or options. Just indicates that pressing"continue" will abort the process. No process is started..

Any clue why?

Software version 9/2016
Also try before with 5/2016

I had pre safe failure on benz before I fixed them and all of them start..something is missing here...did you check the pyro fuse?

Your status of Inhibit of engine start by crash event is NOT ACTIVE !!!! Actual values is Not active.
You can not set something to be Not active, when is Not active.

I have a similar issue on W205 C300 2015, I will perform the Teach In Process and see the result morrow, even though I have not replace the airbag module or virgin it yet
