Is it possible that the eeprom is deleted? I tried it with another FW and it does the same 150428CAR00491KW

Someone can try to read the ECU of airbag of a Renault: 0285001157
No need to connect the A15 only the carprog, with my carprog when reading, it tells me the error "unit version conflict"
I have tried many different firmware
Everything else works very well

Hello guys
I have a carprog 9.31 , when I connect USB to carprog it doesn't change anything on device manager (XP) ? But it still does make the windows XP noise to confirm that a device has been connected? Can anyone please help with this problem?
Carprog says "no device connected"

I have clone and real carprog. Neither have GM airbag models, there are some but I never found a match for any of the srs modules I tried to clear crash from.
Is is there a software for GM airbag modules USA market for carprog ?

carprog Opel/GM airbag reset software , the one for 09-15 years, does it work with American market GM cars or only European ?

Audi q7 original mileage 300000km tried to put 200000 and it jumped to 0
After that used vcds to put mileage to 200000 and it worked
