Maybe so, however it didn't work.
I could enter number of keys as 2 and press test button, but the save button remains blanked out so cannot proceed.
Hence why i thought maybe this required the pin.

Go to channel 00 and save. Clears out old remotes. I just do this automatically on a mk4 as adding them without clearing isn't 100% (and takes 2 seconds to clear them)

Then channel 1 and enter the number of remotes you want to program.

If still doesn't work use the one key in ign and one in door method

Don't overthink it. You can only add remotes on this car using the door method so if you're doing it by obd just clear and add. Makes no difference if it only had one remote or four programmed already. For me works every time there isn't a ton of issues with the car itself.

he knows that dont need a pin to adapt remote . but its vvdi2 that asked for code and couldnt do the adaptations
so he is asking somone to see logs and see whats the problem
his tool couldnt erase the previous remotes neither adding another and he just want to know if its a soft bug or what

Maybe because it has been the weekend, bear in mind the time difference in China too.
I've dealt with them few times and never had any problems, have you tried to contact them and ask why it's not active?
I would recommend that first before trying to get the company a bad reputation putting this here on the forum!

So after only a few hours of not getting a reply you reverted to putting it on the forum? Come on.... At least give them half a chance to sort out the issue.

By the way, it can sometimes take several hours to update on the server before your device will update correctly
