VVDI 2 new tool arrived

What i understood is that both vvdiprog and vvdi2 can get isn, right?
Also vvdi2 can get it buy flash reading or by obd?
Please Samic give us explications please .

VVDI2 cannot support get the ISN from flash or obd directly,so should be get ISN by programmer first,then use VVDI2 upload file.

Is there a list anywhere for the cars that vvdi2 can program via obd2?

It's confusing to find any confirmation for all the cars this can program. there is even mention of MB IR keys, but not a lot of explanation

The sellers like vvdifactory or other claim that vvdiprog and vvdi2 can get ISN from ecu.Also on Facebook one of xhorse teter(Jian Min) told me it can get ISN
Once you buy VVDI-Prog programmer, you can get free BMW ISN read function and NEC, MPC, Infineon etc chip continously update service.
Read BMW ISN
Others tool need both dump from ecu and cas flash when need to do key for cas3+.So for vvdi2 and vvdi prog need to buy other tool that allow us to retrieve the isn ,is that right??
Tools that allow us to get ISN do not cost pinnuts , so whay we have to buy a tool that need other tool to do the jobs??
How multitool work in cas3+ ,he need ecu dump ,right? And with the ecu dump he retrieve the ISN?
If it's true better to spend money one time and get an Autohex II ,even if i support X-horse products.

I tried the bmw function on vvdi2 today and when trying to do a cas repair on ista p4 it came up with message version is not supported please contact dealer for help.What will be the problem as multi tool stand alone can do this.
When it asked for eeprom dumped i pointed to it and just got this message

I had same, failed on mini cooper and 3 series updated cas. I was told to get eeprom and do it. That didn't work either. Are you sure multitool is ok with it? So why is this tool not able to?

I searching for BMW prog, and now i think better go for BMW multitool more safety than the VVDI2.

Please send me the upload eeprom,we will check.currently if bmw multi tool can do,VVDI2 bmw function also can support.
