That's not what you should look for. You need the same MHZ for it to work. Also if it's Keyless Go you must program Keyless Go.
There are also very convenient PN numbers on most of the VAG spare parts. If they match it should all be OK. If not OK - return to seller.

What was the reason you did "reset fem to start"?

I did not find any information about that function. But i just did make spare key to F36 and did not need to use that "reset to start" option.

because otherwise car do not start, red ISN from ecu and perform BDC replace after i adapt key's and perform ignition off and on ELV wold do nothing

after i do reset fem to start i switch ignition off elv do not lock -> ignition on and car start i perform diag erase all errors and all ok

ignition off and elev locked after this no more joy

Then what is the purpose of "reset FEM to start" I've never used I thought it was the last step for programming a replacement Fem

Will the "emergency switch on" wake up the DME to read the ISN for all keys lost?

After change new module, it is requires reset to make it work, this is what i have to do after second hand BDC was adapted to car (add key vin, ISN change), till i do not perform the "reset FEM to start" car just switch ignition on but no cranking without any error on diag or on display

is for to be able to flash when all key lost, to read isn for DDE need to be read in boot mode, you can check in ECU/CAS ISN what ecu can be read on OBD
