    Hi Mate,

Could you possibly give a guide on how this was achieved? i am in the same boat with my Honda NC750X
What was used to read the chip, was was changed, how the new id46 was added - once modified was the key added via the the cable from the battery method?

Locate eeprom, use upa-usb or other programmer to read the dump. Save it.
Can use tango or effi to make key file.
    Keys not by battery method.

Appreciate the reply. I have different ecu, please see below. Do not see it on EFFI.
I have Keydiy kd-x2 and FVDI 2018 - possible with those tools or would i have to buy tango.
Possible advise on cheapest tools as it will be a one time use.

Unfortunately that is not an option where i stay and it is quite expensive to have it sent away.
Hoping some one here will assist or point me in the right direction. I have time to wait for that

Mate, you will need a programmer like upa-usb, orange5 etc... to read the eeprom and work the dump. You will need 2 keys with blank psw Pcf7936 chips ready as well.

Thanks bud, i will purchase upa-usb as it is pretty cheap, or would you recommend Orange5 instead.
I already have 2 blank keys with id46(Pcf7936) chips.
Where would i modify the dump or what would be my next step once i have accomplished this.
