VVDI 2 new tool arrived

Hi,
want to exchange VVDI to VVDI2 (planning to do that for long time), but I was asked to send unit only by slow shipment to china and will get unit by slow shipment. I can't work without tool for 2 months (at this time of year maybe even longer).
Now there is distributors in Europe, can I sort out VVDI exchange with any European distributor ( I can pay all shipment costs and exchange fee)?
Contacted one of Europe distributors, but he is not providing this service.

Maybe there is a list of European distributors?

Hi everyone, 2011 VW Amarok, read 24c64 but VVDI2 doesn't recognise it so didn't put it in to service mode. Any advice on how to get the pin and CS from this cluster? Tried as well with all keys lost but it says security access failed. Thanks for any help!

what is not recognize ?
service mode with 24c64 is all this same
if Autodetect not work, select proper cluster with service mode and must go
if not , send LOG to tech support, make it proper way please

did you removed the 0 ohm shortcut?

Its because 2015 Audi A5 is most likely crypted BCM. No solution for this BCM yet.

Add key sucsesfully, but on dash i see DEF car is start ok. 4-3 i fix by button ( repair No start by VVDI2. but need fix DEF only. Who how fix that?
I cant see any button on VVDI2 ( repair DEF , like avdi )
