Default Virgin Media bumps its top broadband speed up to 200Mbps

Customers have been able to choose from 50Mbps, 100Mbps and 152Mbps speeds in the past, but with Vivid, they'll be upgraded to 70Mbps, Vivid 150Mbps and Vivid 200Mbps

virmin pish, im on 50meg but was getting 5 the other day at peak times, even less than their supposedly 75% reduction of speeds at peak times.

They can keep there 200Mbps. I'd rather have 50 to 75 % upload speed instead of the measly 5% they give you. If the whole world is being pushed to cloud based storage surely it's about time virmin accepted the Internet works in two directions not just one.
