today i triyed to do odometer for huyndai santafe 2009 , when i pluged it to the car few second later the screen go white , same thing after connect it with the power suplie , please help me to fix it

didn't be successful full with Superb k+line, can the reason be that I didn't upgrade from purchasing? stil on default release from 04/2017
it was reading, writing, then written its okey and finnish but mileage still the same
