I buy from fly:
1 fvdi version 1 - hyundai kia bmw after try to update with kver -> interface damadged
1 fvdi version 1 - full after a lot of use ->interface damadged
1 fvdi of 2015 - 1 year full -> interface expired

i ivest about 3000$ and now i have nothing.

conclusion -> don't buy time period fake tools , NO warranty , SHORT usage period.

better throw money on windows.

How can you help this person to have a working tool again.
It seems that this is not a good solution.

He needs to get over to TERMINATOR or FVDI2.
What are his options? I expect that this user has bought "orginal" FLY tool.

Get the help to transfer these over to new hardware, which is working properly.

And is there any costs for the customer to do this.
Except for shipping old items back.

post your fvdi serial number here , if your fvdi is copy , must kill it .

can not open fvdi box , can not modify fvdi PCB , can not change any chip on fvdi PCB．now you changed the chip on fvdi PCB, why to changed ?

becasue you changed the chip on fvdi PCB. so your fvdi is bad , can not use.
