Right, let me get this right.......... the FLY FVDI like what? $3-4000? and the FVDIOBD one is $529? and they both seem to be shite? Which one do i buy?

Buy the ''original'' full old FVDI with fly for 588$ , with shipping is 663 $ and in the future you can update it for free as they told me .
You will recive it without dongle so there is no online functions for the Old FVDI.
But for the moment I think old FVDI is better than the new one.
Mine work enough good for the moment .

Even if it is $300 there's no point if it ain't working

only old fvdi from fly work ok. with loader 6.0 and vag v21

fvdi 2015 its joke, with many broken function and many , many betatester around the world.
when time limit go to 0 and fly repair all bugs, he sell fvdi 2016 with new counter :-)

my fvdi is not been recgonised by laptop softdog lights are flashing but no light on my fvdi anyone know if it may be a firmware problem

from two days i have the same problem as you, led in fvdi is dark, not blinking, but on softdog i have 2 blinking led.

I have checked board pretty good i dont see any shorts i have been on to them but of course no reply

yes, he try insall usb driver by team viewer ......
another fvdi work ok. problem is in the box, not pc.

DID yours just happen from nowere or when you were plugged to car i have checked the pcb as much as i possible could and seems ok maybe flash is damaged there thoughts sending back to china

i test ford software on table, without car, without 12V
only usb, my soft said that instalation is broken, i need install common files. i uninstall fvdi install another one and test ford and led in fvdi go off.
