In Panda IS hc12 motorolla and you have to read it on table.i TRY WITH FVDI AND CANT READ .

Hi my FVDI 2016 cannot connect to server for activation, will expire soon what happend server is down?...the message apear "Connecting to server…….failed"

my vcm ids 3 has done exactly the same although it seems to be still owrking with ids etc and recognised just the quickloader software has greyed out buttons for update and fils on connection to serve

I went onto server with fvdi to activate for 30 days. Activate was sucessful,but light gone off fvdi interface and only red and green light flashing on soft dog . No connection with it now. It was working fine until activation for 30 days. Can anyone help or no a fix. Thanks

the only way is to send this now to your seller (China)
or maybe you found a good dump and flash it via uart…

the reason is that they change the server,the old one was manipulated from a guy what leave the factory.but the problem is no one inform the customer this problem is not since one week!!and so further customer will damage his fvdis ,because they nothing know until it happens

I talk to them via skype and they said the server is in maintenance and take a week....

I hope this "maintenance" is part of a larger scaling update of equipment, which move over old customers who was persuaded to update their tool to 2015 with softdog.
Into the new server platform which includes customer who purchased FVDI2016, FVDI2018 and Terminator etc.
The only decent thing to do in this situation.
I think at the moment no tool can connect to the server.

yeah they say me the same,but I can’t believe that,also if it is really true ,how they won’t bring your Fvdi back if no lights on interface are on?the only way is than to send him the device and they fix it…
