As i understand VVDI MB can,t renew this type ecu via k-line. Only Can Bus.

this is not CAN-ecu...this is old type ecu based on Kline mainly...
read eep and renew it directly...or clone eep from other when you have the same part number..

I have tried several w212 old style and i always get Read Fail Position 00, i read here a few ppl are doing it. do i have to remove to read or am i missing somethings. Any help is greatly appreciated !!!!
