Why do update the server instead of MB Tool ? There is still many bug on MB Tool ...W906 not working, W210 failed the pass reading, etc, etc.After two years it is still uncomplete tool and we need to buy other instrument to full work on Mercedes Eis.

what bugs you mean ?? what i know W906 work long time...about W210 can you show other tool what can read keypass easy ???

Many Eis are not read by OBD included W210 ..I will do a list of main function not working of MB Tool that Xhorse "forget" to solve.

I ve done two W906 2007 HC05 and 2 times I could not read paswword with IR or OBD. I had to desolder the original keys and read password.

W906 2007 dont have HC05.
it is 9S12.

I think you are confusing this with the version of the DUMP!
The window you have on screenshot does not show the IC model - it shows the type of the DUMP.

You need to pay credits for calculating key password.
From NEC key: free.
From BGA key: 1 credit.
All key lost: 2 credit.


If you have an older EIS with HC908/HC912, the VVDI can read from these EIS key password via IR for free, but only if you have luck.
If you not have luck, then you need to make the same thing like in the video what you sent.

what is the right steps to read password from w906 Sprinter?
Should i open EIS and read directly or can i read it whit via IR or use token whit VVDI MB?
Looks like key is damaged, when i but it in the ir reader it gives me no key inserted error.

Pull out the PCB out the key and try to read. Happened to me.
