Today i managed to renew eis w204ء extract eraspass and password
Then got renew failed
Tested on 3 eis same issue
Vvdi v 4.0.0 and v4.1.0
Both same issue
Ir read data okey what is the problem

Recently had the same issue. Couldn't renew EIS W204, done a lot before but this time for some reason can't.

Anybody have issues with data upload?
I try to calc a w204 key pass, data collected ok, but when i try to upload always get Operation timed out error.

From the screenshot the caused reason maybe on IR or EIS.
please send me the proper log file or let me teamview check.

Hi,
Since your erase pass matches your sonder hash, and your vvdi box hardware is working ok, then the only thing left could be the calculated password.
Can you do a password check on your key or ezs ??? since I am not a vvdi owner, I do not know if it has such possibilities functionality implemented.

can you read eis data via IR ?
sometimes problem for IR adapter because IR adapter not have good quality
