Of course. Some will not allow it, but most W203 will.
iozo, read carefully what I wrote for your case - in my previous post:
"...you need to program it(the original key) again for it to work again."
Meaning - you need to erase the original key and write the newly generated key file for the position it was programmed before.

Hint: your key shouldn't be a BGA. By how you describe it - it should be a BE key.
If it somehow really is BGA - then you better throw it in the bin

May we lose the keyless go function for the original key if we work on a car that is equipped with keyless go function? I'd like to add a BE as a spare key but somebody mentioned in this topic that the car lost the keyless go function.

I have a vvdi bga always worked well but now i need to renew vgs fdct ( new generation but still fbs3 from w117 ) and i can t comunicate with it , even on bench ! is there a solution !?
