why not add his tokens?

Do you mean the free token each day? I may be wrong here, but i thought that free token was only given when you have xc mini cutting machine.

Another thing, has your friend updated to the latest software / firmware?

Do you know of the seller had registered the device serial number? I’m sure my seller emt me an email to say they had preregistered my tool before shipping so i could ie it right away when i receive it.

Hi, had couple of w164 in last few weeks i have problem with. first one 09 ml called me to say that the key can start the car but remote stopped working, i gave him a new key and he called a week after with the same problem. second one 2010 GL, called after few weeks to say that the remote stopped working and the key sometimes can start and sometimes can't. i use be keys, i make a lot of them and didnt get a callbacks so far, it seems like it only has a problem with the w164, when i check the key its functioning and has a signal but from some reason the cars cant get it. any idea?

You use the be pro xhorse? I have the same issue too.
The xhorse improved version of be key seem to have the same issue

I will order some to check if their new stock solve this
