I am thinking in buying this one:

However, I am divided between the CLONE VAS/ODIS 2.2.7 and the ORIGINAL VCDS.

Both have advantages and disadvantages:
VCDS: higher price, easy updates for life, official support, less functionalities
VAS/ODIS: lower price, updates more difficult, no official support, more functionalities

Works ok so far with diagnostic and engineering.
Haven't done too much with it but did open it up to check all chips were installed

I bought odis software and vas5054a from vxdas.com, they works good and can support diagnosis and online/offline programming.

Did you tested the interface for diagnose, flashing modules, online coding, CP? Do you have pictures of the PCB?
