I mean, my ECU must work for board computer, and ignition with injection will do other ECU

hi friends, my car is a peugeot 207 edc16c34 with egr circuit breaked, so i've disconnected it, but now i have p0405 and p2143 dtc on and the car in limp mode..
someone can help me?
