That's because the code may be 5826

(Also make sure IGN is ON)

Check voltage on IGN, should be minimum 12v

Code is 100% 5828 .. can you tell me what voltage is on IGN and +12 on ISO?

Never worked code for this model from my experience... probably a few with radio is in original car installed only

Therefore the radio probably looks for original car i.e. it has IMMO like protection in addition to the code
