    Default Eprom snapped in half

    Go an eeprom thats snapped in half, never seen this happen before is the data salvageable in any way at all?
    tried putting it back together as best I could and reading but only FFF's

    You are overheat eeprom with air solder gun. Put new eeprom and tell us what data you need.

    chip was heavily glued to board acetone, thinners & soldering iron could not remove it do not think it would have ever come off in one piece!
    I have new chips and data I can use but will mean airbag ecu will need programming to car and I wanted to avoid this, so no chance of recovery from snapped chip?

    this is just same with my problem, did you manage to solve this problem with the new chip?.

    I just replaced the chip and used a clear file from another vehicle.

    good news, and thank you for yor answer. i have difficulties looking clear file for my Honda CR-V module 77960-SWA-U413-M4, is it possible to just input the FF values to the chip?, do i have to reprogram the module with HDS after inputting FF values ?
