Your file is partial, read in boot mode or desolder 29F200 and read with programmer.
File need to be 256K

I m not sure but I think this is on ecu Can-Bus system ( ecu number S110115000B ) check it ecu socket if pin 58 has wire or not ?
canbus ecu need emulator, but send your dump we try first to make immo off without emu.

Thank you mate for reply but i am sorry the car did not start....I think that this car needs an emulator to start...on the other hand i could see here on DK some mates who can modify the file to start without emulator and i am still hoping that they may see my post and be willing to help...
